Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the MTEFG Technology Transformation Program
Drive technology and platform transformation initiatives, including core system consolidation and upgrades, requirements, data, integrations, testing, and deployments
Partner with Product, Technology, Business leadership, and external vendors to define and implement future-state technology platforms
Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex business transformation initiatives and strategic engagements
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key partners to enable collaboration
Design, implement, and manage initiatives aligned with enterprise governance standards
Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, scalability needs, and customer experience goals
Develop data-driven strategic recommendations across banking, customers, products, processes, technology, and organizational dynamics
Manage multiple efforts, sequence activities to mitigate risk, and achieve target business outcomes
Provide senior leadership with program performance reporting and actionable insights
Establish operating rhythm, set pace, and ensure disciplined delivery
Define outcomes, success metrics, and performance indicators for transformation success and value realization
Track, document, and escalate actions, decisions, risks, and issues
Develop communications, presentations, and artifacts for organizational audiences
Apply prioritization and resourcing strategies
Mentor team members, share best practices, and promote continuous learning
Champion adoption of Transformation Delivery tools and best practices
Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, controls, and the Company’s Risk Appetite
Design, maintain, and enhance internal controls; identify risk issues for escalation
Maintain internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory action points
Complete other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in business and technology transformation programs, product management, or project management; equivalent experience of 10 years, including 6 years in relevant roles, will also be considered
Recognized certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Agile, or related certification)
Proven expertise applying program governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools in large-scale transformation programs
Track record leading enterprise-level, high-impact change initiatives in large organizations
Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
Ability to adapt and lead through ambiguity and shifting priorities
Resilience and flexibility to pivot, reframe challenges, and guide others through uncertainty
Preferred: experience coaching or developing talent
Preferred: experience collaborating with customer experience, UX, or human-centered design teams
Preferred: proficiency with Jira, Miro, Target Process, or Trello
Preferred: problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Preferred: banking or financial services industry experience
Preferred: strong business acumen
Preferred: people leadership experience, including performance management, resource planning, recruitment, and mentoring
