About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Mable community in a high-volume inbound call centre environment and support additional channels as required
  • Deliver empathetic and compassionate customer support
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and resolve or escalate inquiries
  • Provide information, advice, guidance, and support to users of the Mable platform
  • Educate users on getting the most out of Mable based on their individual needs
  • Advocate for customers and ensure their needs are met
  • Provide business teams with customer insights and feedback for process and platform improvements
  • Deliver service excellence aligned with the code of conduct and company values
  • Follow team processes and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Meet individual and team KPIs and undertake other required duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support, ideally in health tech, NDIS, or aged care
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with NDIS policies and working with vulnerable populations with empathy and care (desirable)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Adaptable and resilient team player
  • Passion for delivering world-class customer service and driving great outcomes
