About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Market a portfolio of higher education subject lists across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America
  • Shape campaigns and messaging for each region’s academic buying cycle
  • Partner with US product and programme teams
  • Define target audiences, product propositions and campaign goals
  • Brief the Lifecycle Marketing team to design, build and run customer journeys and digital campaigns
  • Review lead quality and campaign performance with Lifecycle Marketing and sales
  • Refine campaign approaches based on performance
  • Deliver product training to sales teams
  • Run product demonstrations in person and online
  • Use CRM analytics to sharpen sales outreach
  • Lead launches of new editions and digital releases
  • Travel within the UK and internationally for conferences, sales meetings and select on-campus visits
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the assigned product portfolio
  • Report to the Associate Director of Product Marketing (International)
