About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and expand macroeconomic content in the Macrobond application
- Source data from national, international, and private sources
- Perform timely data updates with high focus on quality
- Filter and scrub data to identify patterns and correct data problems
- Communicate with sources to ensure data is maintained at a high standard
- Find and define opportunities to improve work processes through data automation and structuring
- Extend data coverage according to Macrobond data intake standards
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to answer customer inquiries
- Cooperate with other team members and the team manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree, preferably in economics, statistics, finance or similar
- Experience working with macroeconomic/financial/other data is a big asset
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Additional languages are valuable but not mandatory
- Good practical knowledge of MS Excel
- High attention to detail and an analytical mind
- Well-developed online research skills
- Readiness to work shifts
