About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Macrobond's product line, including functionality, design, and benefits
- Interact with customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to clients and potential customers
- Assist in creating promotional materials and product marketing strategies
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives
- Provide pre-sale support and feedback to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor products
- Train other staff members on product details
- Assist in product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends
- Resolve product-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, and Product
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep understanding of Macrobond's products, including features, benefits, and applications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to analyse market trends, customer data, and product performance to make informed decisions
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in product management and development
- Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions
- Understanding of marketing strategies and how to promote products effectively
- Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to achieve common goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Capability to train other staff members on product details and usage
- Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of product management
