Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct standardized test administration and related administrative work
  • Proctor exams and uphold testing procedures, integrity and compliance
  • Set up and maintain secure testing environments
  • Provide technical support for computer-based testing platforms, including hardware and software setup and troubleshooting
  • Ensure accessibility for all test-takers
  • Safeguard test security, confidentiality and student records
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test administrations, scores and accommodations
  • Facilitate testing accommodations for students with disabilities
  • Inform students and staff about educational programs, services and resources
  • Contribute to an inclusive, equitable and supportive institutional environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and security protocols
  • Skill in troubleshooting and providing technical support for computer-based testing platforms
  • Skill in managing and maintaining secure records of test administration, scores and accommodations
  • Ability to assess and respond to student needs by providing clear information about testing, accommodations and institutional resources
  • Skill in engaging positively with all populations and communities
  • Skill in effectively and respectfully communicating with others
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout employment
  • Preferred: at least one year of experience in test administration
  • Resume and cover letter required
