About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct 140+ outbound calls daily to eligible health plan members

  • Meet daily outreach and monthly enrollment targets

  • Identify conversion barriers and communicate solutions proactively
  • Share patterns, trends, and recurring member concerns
  • Escalate operational or technical issues promptly
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach quality and conversion rates
  • Report to the Member Services Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in patient outreach, healthcare engagement, enrollment, or high-volume call environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Comfortable handling high outbound call volumes
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
  • Strong influencing and motivational communication skills
  • Emotional resilience when handling rejection or sensitive conversations
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Comfortable using Slack, Gmail, CRM systems, and digital tools
  • Quick learner in fast-moving environments
  • Experience working with Medicaid populations or health plan members preferred
  • Experience in maternal health, community health, or social services preferred
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Private, quiet workspace suitable for confidential conversations
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. as verified through E-Verify
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
