About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shadow the founder with a camera 1–2 days per week at the office, workouts, boardrooms, awards shows, live events, and international destinations
- Shoot reels, short-form video, photos, and behind-the-scenes content
- Independently edit content, including hooks, captions, pacing, sound, and thumbnails
- Own the content calendar and post or schedule content weekly
- Generate content ideas, pitch formats, write hooks, and identify filming opportunities
- Review monthly performance metrics and focus on what is working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Portfolio of short-form content shot and edited independently, ideally for a founder or creator
- Own camera, microphone, and lighting kit
- Fluency in CapCut, Premiere, or similar editing software
- Strong focus on the first 3 seconds and hook rate
- Availability in London on short notice
- Ability to turn filmed content around ready to post within minutes or hours
- Fitness or tech content experience (nice to have)
- Track record of growing Instagram accounts (nice to have)
- Basic Canva or Figma skills (nice to have)
- Submit 3 pieces shot and edited by the applicant, including view counts, plus one line describing what they would film first
