About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Answer clients' inquiries by phone and email
  • Address order issues and product inquiries via the customer interface platform, Facebook, and email

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English and convey key conversational points concisely
  • Availability to work weekends or have split-offs
  • Must be legally resident in and working from Portugal
  • Role handles EU data and cannot be performed from outside the EU
  • Highly organized and able to complete multiple projects concurrently
  • Able to handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations
  • Resourceful and quick to learn; able to teach yourself needed skills from scratch
