Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years of technical recruitment experience
Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements
Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated success in closing technical candidates
Proficiency in one or more of: PHR certification, Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC), recruitment marketing, programming languages and technical frameworks, Boolean search techniques, technology or software development, remote hiring and virtual interviewing, or multilingual capabilities
Availability primarily during US business hours, Monday to Friday; some clients may have unusual business hours
Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam
Backup computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
