Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years of technical recruitment experience
Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements
Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated success in closing technical candidates
Proficiency in one or more listed technical recruitment areas
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC)
Experience with recruitment marketing
Knowledge of programming languages and technical frameworks
Experience with Boolean search techniques
Background in technology or software development
Experience with remote hiring and virtual interviewing
Multi-lingual capabilities
Availability generally during US business hours, Monday to Friday, although some clients may have unusual business hours
Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
