Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow sales while maintaining current sales and profitability from existing accounts
  • Identify new opportunities and expand sales within assigned accounts, territories, or target markets
  • Indirectly manage development of new products and improve relationships with assigned customers
  • Develop marketing strategies, business plans, and new product strategies for assigned customers
  • Maintain constant customer contact to ensure customer needs are met
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain a qualified-lead pipeline
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Represent the company’s brand, products, and services professionally
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments
  • Gather and report customer feedback, competitive activities, and industry trends
  • Negotiate pricing, volume, and terms with customers
  • Provide volume forecasts and sales information to Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing for capacity planning and line scheduling
  • Determine product pricing based on product value proposition and market pricing
  • Close new business through effective negotiation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Sales/Marketing management required
  • Experience preferably in a manufacturing environment in Healthcare or Filtration-related markets
  • Non-woven and/or film background preferred
  • Experience working in CRM, ERP, and/or Sales Forecasting systems
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Patience and professionalism when interacting with customers
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 45%
  • Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally on the plant manufacturing floor
  • Ability to perform prolonged sitting, frequent bending, stooping, stretching, manual dexterity, distinguishing letters, occasional lifting, and use of office equipment
