About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop hiring strategies and drive efficient decision-making
  • Recruit across technical and back-office functions, supporting evolving business priorities as needed
  • Develop sourcing strategies and proactively engage talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles
  • Create compelling job postings and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation across the ATS, trackers, and recruitment processes
  • Leverage market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment data to inform hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring initiatives, programs, events, and process improvements
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and scale recruitment practices
  • Represent Magnet Forensics at talent events, career fairs, and employer branding activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate and/or agency environment
  • Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and a positive hiring experience for both Hiring Managers and Candidates
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team goals and shared priorities
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset when approaching new tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Strong judgement, accountability, and the ability to navigate change with flexibility
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple regions or within a global organization
  • Experience recruiting within a technology or software organization (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting both technical and corporate or back-office functions (nice to have)
  • Experience using Lever or another Applicant Tracking System, along with recruitment reporting and sourcing tools (nice to have)
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • US applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. as verified through E-Verify
