About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct RFQs for national and regional material groups in line with category strategies
- Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships for assigned indirect categories, mainly for Poland, Czech Republic, and Germany
- Manage purchase orders and ensure continuity of supply
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with suppliers
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis and benchmarking
- Support implementation of regional sourcing strategies
- Coordinate supplier performance, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation activities
- Drive supplier development, innovation initiatives, and process improvements
- Maintain purchasing master data and support change management activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in indirect procurement or purchasing
- Sourcing experience
- Advanced English language skills
- SAP knowledge; Ariba would be an additional advantage
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and new solutions
