About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily operational activities related to IT systems, applications and automation solutions
- Assist with monitoring IT systems and resolving basic operational issues

Requirements
What you’ll need- Student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Interest in IT Operations, Infrastructure Services and Automation
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with scripting or automation concepts is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Very good English skills
