About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive programs from acquisition to launch
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement the project plan
  • Initiate necessary support activities for the rest of the Product Life Cycle
  • Manage significant changes for products already in production
  • Provide functional leadership of the project team
  • Coordinate project team activities
  • Organize and execute the Project Plan

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Background in HVAC / Thermal products and processes is a strong plus
  • Experience working in a global business with remote teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Background in manufacturing
  • Must not require sponsorship for employment-based non-immigrant or immigrant visas now or in the future
