About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and collect relevant reporting data from internal sources
- Prepare and review month-end closing reports and provide analysis
- Support planning and budgeting activities
- Provide support to headquarters in Germany and Plant Controllers in European locations
- Support process optimization and standardization
- Create and update process manual documentation
- Participate in cross-team projects to deliver tangible improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Business Finance
- University degree in finance or related studies, minimum bachelor’s degree
- Solid experience in data analysis and visualization
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP FI / CO knowledge desirable
- Experience in a production company is an advantage
- Very good English
- High service orientation
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong solution-based attitude
- Quality awareness
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Pro-active approach and self-motivation
