About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some experience sourcing or recruiting for technical roles is a plus
  • Warm, enthusiastic, and extroverted
  • Comfortable putting yourself out there, meeting new people, and representing Maincode
  • Able to read people well and identify what they actually care about
  • Able to adjust communication style to the person
  • Able to communicate a direct, unvarnished assessment of candidates
  • Willing to meet people in person where possible
  • Role based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia
  • Full-time, permanent availability
