About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own event execution end-to-end, from vendor calls through post-show reporting
- Run full-cycle logistics for trade shows and conferences, including venue and vendor selection, on-site execution, and teardown
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align events with pipeline and revenue goals
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
- Track pipeline and engagement performance in Salesforce, Asana, and reporting tools
- Turn event performance data into recommendations for future event participation
- Build and distribute on-brand, on-message event marketing materials
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams
- Report to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Field Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years running trade shows, conferences, or field events, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Ability to quantitatively report on pipeline attribution from events
- Experience owning event budgets and managing multiple vendor and venue relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to brief stakeholders and run an on-site room
- Ability to manage several events in parallel
- Data-driven approach to tracking event performance
- Valid passport
- Ability to travel roughly 30% of the time across the US and Canada
- Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or a startup/entrepreneurial environment is nice to have
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must answer whether employer support or visa sponsorship will be needed
