About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own event execution end-to-end, from the first vendor call through post-show reporting
  • Run full-cycle logistics for trade shows and conferences, including venue and vendor selection, on-site execution and teardown
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to align events with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
  • Track pipeline and engagement performance in Salesforce, Asana and reporting tools
  • Turn event performance data into recommendations for future event participation
  • Build and distribute on-brand, on-message event marketing materials
  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years running trade shows, conferences, or field events, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
  • Ability to quantitatively report on pipeline attribution from events
  • Experience owning event budgets and managing multiple vendor and venue relationships simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to brief stakeholders and run an on-site room
  • Highly organized, able to manage several events in parallel
  • Data-driven approach to measuring event performance
  • Valid passport
  • Ability to travel roughly 30% of the time across the US and Canada
  • Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or a startup / entrepreneurial environment is a nice-to-have
