About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and execute regional events, user meetups, and brand activations
  • Build attendee lists and coordinate invitations
  • Drive event follow-up to turn conversations into pipeline
  • Own smaller events end-to-end, including venue, vendors, and run-of-show
  • Support execution of the flagship client-facing conference
  • Track meetings booked, accounts engaged, pipeline sourced and influenced
  • Use event data to improve future events
  • Partner with design, content, and demand generation on landing pages, signage, swag, and the on-site experience
  • Grow from logistics into flagship conference programming
  • Run smaller events independently within the first 6–12 months

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related in-person events role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience executing in-person events, from small dinners to regional gatherings
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple programs at once
  • Excellent collaboration skills with Sales, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Creative mindset and enthusiasm for memorable, human-first experiences
  • Valid passport
  • Ability to travel roughly 15% of the time across the US and Canada
  • Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or a startup/entrepreneurial environment is nice to have
  • Comfort with AI tools for day-to-day marketing work is nice to have, not required
