About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own how assigned products reach the market from alpha through general availability
  • Plan and run end-to-end launches for mid-tier P2 products
  • Lead a major workstream on the largest P1 launches
  • Prepare sales and customer teams for launch day
  • Shape product messaging, positioning and naming with product counterparts
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear value for buyers and frontline technicians
  • Build collateral, video scripts and sales enablement materials
  • Partner with Demand Gen on campaign messaging and review go-to-market materials
  • Use analytics tools, customer conversations and market research to understand buyers
  • Own and review a weekly product-adoption goal shared with the product counterpart
  • Work with product managers, engineers, sales and marketing teams
  • Report to the Director of Product Marketing
  • Set product marketing strategy autonomously and provide recommendations to the manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years in product marketing or a closely related role, such as sales enablement, sales or marketing
  • Experience taking a product launch from plan to release
  • Clear writing and confident presentations to sales, product and executive audiences
  • Experience working with go-to-market teams before and after the sale
  • Comfortable using Tableau, Databricks and Salesforce to check on customers and adoption
  • Ability to map the many moving parts behind a business issue
  • Willingness to accept feedback, take accountability, and make decisions about when to push or agree
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial or other asset-intensive industries is nice to have
  • Experience marketing B2B software or AI products is nice to have
  • Ability to work in Montreal, Canada
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application form
