About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own how products reach the market from alpha through general availability
  • Plan and run end-to-end launches for mid-tier P2 products
  • Lead major workstreams for large P1 launches
  • Prepare sales and customer teams for launch day
  • Shape product messaging, positioning and naming with product counterparts
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear value for buyers and frontline technicians
  • Build collateral, video scripts and enablement materials
  • Partner with Demand Gen on campaign messaging and review go-to-market materials
  • Use analytics tools, customer conversations and market research to understand buyers
  • Own and review a product adoption goal weekly with the product counterpart
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, sales, marketing and customer teams
  • Report to the Director of Product Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years in product marketing or a closely related role, such as sales enablement, sales or marketing
  • Experience taking a product launch from plan to release
  • Clear writing and confident presentation to sales, product and executive audiences
  • Experience working with go-to-market teams before and after the sale
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Databricks and Salesforce
  • Ability to understand interconnected product and business processes
  • Manufacturing, industrial or other asset-intensive industry background preferred
  • Experience marketing B2B software or AI products preferred
  • Ability to work in Austin, the listed role location
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • No employer visa sponsorship requirement indicated as a qualification
