About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product go-to-market from alpha through general availability
- Plan and lead mid-level (P2) product launches
- Lead a major workstream for the largest (P1) launches, ensuring Sales and Customer Support are ready on launch day
- Define messaging, positioning, and naming with the Product Lead
- Translate technical capabilities into clear value for both business buyers and technical users
- Create sales collateral, video scripts, and enablement materials
- Review campaign messaging with Demand Generation
- Use analytics, customer conversations, and market research to achieve adoption goals
- Report to the Director of Product Marketing and collaborate with one to three Product Managers and their Engineering teams
- Gradually shape product strategy with genuine autonomy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing or a related role, such as sales enablement, sales, or marketing
- Have led a launch from planning through delivery and understand what worked and what did not
- Write clearly and present confidently to Sales, Product, and executive leadership
- Experience working with pre-sales and post-sales go-to-market teams
- Use Tableau, Databricks, and Salesforce to track customers and adoption
- Understand the broader systems and dynamics behind every challenge
- Welcome feedback, take ownership, and know when to push forward and when to move on
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive industries is an asset
- Experience in B2B software or AI product marketing is an asset
