Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery
Design AI-powered experiences for maintenance technicians and facility managers
Translate ambiguous AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers
Identify patterns and build reusable systems
Contribute to the design system with a focus on consistency, scalability, and high craft
Present design work with clear rationale and incorporate stakeholder feedback
Champion quality across the product lifecycle
Use AI tools in the design process to accelerate work and improve output quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights
Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
Strong typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion skills
Systems thinking and experience building reusable design patterns
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Expert-level English, spoken and written
Ability to work across multiple teams and present to executive stakeholders
Ability to work in the listed location
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must answer whether employer support such as visa sponsorship is needed
