About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help manage the invoicing process for Spanish clients
  • Ensure invoices are timely, accurate, and complete
  • Collaborate with accounting, sales, and legal departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Manage customer support relating to purchase orders, invoicing/payment, and off-platform invoicing such as credit notes
  • Reconcile customer payments and collect payment notices
  • Collect due and overdue invoices and ensure payment deadlines are met
  • Optimize financial processes and help reduce manual work through automation
  • Support the complete order-to-cash cycle for clients in Spain
  • Work on team projects to improve day-to-day operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a business school or similar
  • Looking for a full-time 6-month internship starting from January 2026
  • Knowledge in finance/administration or a first experience in that field is a plus
  • Proactive, organized, and responsible
  • Eager to learn and discover the freelance world
  • Good command of Excel
  • ENI and VBA certifications are a plus
  • Fully fluent in Spanish and English
  • Background screening may apply
