About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and People team
- Support day-to-day recruitment activities for Central Functions: Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing
- Assist the Manager with daily tasks
- Coordinate the recruitment pipeline by managing interview schedules and candidate communications
- Source, assess, and hunt diverse talent pools
- Screen resumes to identify top profiles
- Engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and creative outreach
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Optimize employer branding initiatives across social media and local activations
- Analyze recruitment metrics to monitor the health and efficiency of the early-career pipeline
- Contribute to the accuracy, quality, and reliability of the recruitment pipeline
- Complete onboarding during the first week at the Paris office
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educational background ideally in Human Resources, Business, or Sales
- Looking for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years
- First internship or project experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Native-level French
- Professional fluency in English
- Appetite for learning ATS tools such as Lever or Greenhouse
- Ease with LinkedIn
- High energy and empathy
- Ability to pitch Malt’s vision convincingly
- Background screening may apply
