About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing, communications, and brand initiatives
  • Assist in delivering annual marketing strategies, campaigns, and business development activities
  • Create and manage content across social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising
  • Develop written, visual, and video content to enhance the organisation's online presence
  • Assist with website management, content updates, SEO optimisation, and user experience improvements
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and key metrics
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across marketing and communication materials
  • Coordinate corporate brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and branded content
  • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist in organising corporate events, conferences, sponsorships, seminars, and networking activities
  • Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners
  • Maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and digital assets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, website administration, and SEO principles
  • Experience with WordPress, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
  • A proactive, creative, and team-oriented approach
