About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a key client's business needs through recruiting
- Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways
- Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities

- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of recruiting experience
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong client-facing experience
- Workday experience
- Comfortable conducting meetings via camera/video
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools is preferred
