About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake to offer
- Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates using effective sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on recruitment needs, workforce planning, and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer processes, and onboarding activities
- Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific hiring standards
- Build stakeholder relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Provide recruitment updates, market intelligence, and salary insights to stakeholders
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment within RPO, staffing agencies, or in-house talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM, or recruitment sourcing platforms
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Additional languages are highly desirable
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Based in Portugal
