About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source, screen, and qualify candidates to support hiring requirements
Conduct active candidate searches through job boards, databases, social networks, and other sourcing channels
Enter and maintain accurate candidate information within the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools
Present pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates according to client requirements and service level expectations
Prepare recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics
Achieve daily productivity and performance goals established by the client

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 to 3 years of experience recruiting positions in several industries
Advanced English Level (Mandatory)
Experience in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and talent qualification
Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct effective telephone screenings and candidate evaluations
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
