About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability
- Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders to assess the current technology landscape
- Define future-state architectures and recommend technology solutions aligned with the target operating model and business objectives
- Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at headquarters, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least half dedicated to Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention with emphasis on tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement for new or existing capability centers
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 50%
