About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management
Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
Recruit for both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the French market
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and market insights
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability
Manage multiple recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS
Collaborate with international recruitment teams to meet hiring objectives and service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Fluent French and good communication skills in English
Experience recruiting white-collar and blue-collar profiles
Strong active sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
