Key responsibilities & impact

Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters
Provide expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models
Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders
Define engineering strategies and design scalable product and platform delivery models
Recommend engineering approaches aligned with target operating models and business objectives
Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at headquarters
Ensure engineering capabilities support broader business transformation goals and accelerate digital innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years' experience dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of software development and engineering for products and platforms
Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams
Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights to improve innovation, delivery speed, quality, and business outcomes
Ability to travel up to 50% is required
