About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Identify and engage passive candidates and generate interest in career opportunities
Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies
Conduct talent mapping and provide market insights on candidate availability and hiring trends
Support Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English language skills
Additional language skills, particularly German, considered an advantage
Previous experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar roles is a strong advantage
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing skills
Ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with passive candidates
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment
