About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and direct applicants while providing excellent customer and client service
  • Conduct candidate telephone interviews to identify and qualify candidates for vacancies
  • Prepare and format CVs for submission, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Receive and provide CV feedback to candidates
  • Book and prepare candidates for interviews
  • Debrief candidates and clients after interviews
  • Present offers to candidates and agree terms and conditions
  • Work within delivery timescales agreed with the client
  • Support other key clients and functions during changes in demand
  • Maintain detailed candidate and client records in line with GDPR
  • Manage candidate progression through appropriate systems
  • Record client and vacancy requirements
  • Record KPI information, including CV submissions, interviews arranged, and placements
  • Attend regular training workshops
  • Maintain communication with recruitment business partners and internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Entry-level experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, talent sourcing, or a customer-facing environment
  • Experience in a customer/client-focused role with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, enthusiastic, professional, and personable approach
  • Strong telephone communication skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and customer support
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
