About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other sourcing channels
Conduct proactive talent searches and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Screen and assess candidates through phone and virtual interviews
Support high-volume recruitment campaigns across various business functions
Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and sourcing platforms
Build and nurture talent pools for frequently recruited roles
Collaborate with recruitment teams across Poland to understand hiring requirements and market trends
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate research; junior-level experience will be considered
Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills
Confidence identifying passive candidates
Experience conducting candidate screening calls and interviews
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
Experience supporting high-volume blue-collar and/or white-collar recruitment projects
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good English language skills, written and spoken
