About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the temporary workforce management strategy in accordance with the contracts and commitments established by the client
  • Handle back-office and front-office operations in addition to team leadership responsibilities
  • Manage the team of front-office and/or back-office coordinators
  • Serve as the primary client contact and manage first-level escalations
  • Optimize team scheduling and ensure service continuity
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of deliverables and analyze variances
  • Define and monitor performance indicators, service quality, and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and monitor reports and performance indicators
  • Prepare and lead client steering committee meetings (COPIL)
  • Establish daily and weekly meetings
  • Create monthly project reports
  • Manage KPIs, SLAs, and cost savings
  • Provide operational support for client account management activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in temporary staffing, temporary work, or contingent workforce management
  • Experience in management, leadership, or team coordination
  • Knowledge of HR and temporary staffing practices, including applicable regulations and legislation
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Fluent French
  • Professional English proficiency (B2–C1)
  • Strong organizational and results-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
