Support a key client's business needs through recruiting
Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways
Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, digital outreach, research, and attraction campaigns
Own workload and deliver performance metrics and commitments
Execute full-cycle recruitment processes
Market, screen, assess, and present candidates for opportunities

Deliver exceptional hiring experiences and drive client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of recruiting experience
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong client-facing experience
Workday experience
Comfortable conducting meetings via camera/video
Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools preferred
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
