About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives strengthening Manulife's group retirement leadership position

  • Develop and implement quarterly content plans
  • Coordinate content creation and distribution
  • Manage logistics, materials, and follow-up for quarterly advisory council meetings
  • Own content coordination and maintenance for the U.S. Retirement B2B public website
  • Develop and execute a website content roadmap with business, editorial, and digital stakeholders
  • Ensure website content aligns with strategic priorities, campaigns, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness
  • Support annual projects, go-to-market activities, marketing materials, sales enablement resources, and communications plans
  • Maintain project timelines and facilitate stakeholder coordination across multiple initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing, communications, content marketing, or project management experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, content strategies, events, or thought leadership programs
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital content management platforms
  • Knowledge of retirement or financial services is considered an asset
