About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary client contact during implementation phases
  • Coordinate and facilitate client and internal project team meetings, including action items and meeting minutes
  • Delegate, negotiate, and follow up on implementation tasks across internal areas
  • Track and report project status and escalate significant barriers or issues to senior management
  • Provide expertise on Manulife’s web, mobile, and voice digital experiences for group pension clients
  • Support client adoption of digital tools among plan members
  • Obtain plan details, clarify requirements, and establish delivery dates
  • Recommend plan design, service options, technology solutions, and ongoing administration needs
  • Provide direction and solutions regarding plan setup, eligibility, contractual, and administrative information
  • Apply legislative and privacy guidelines to assist clients
  • Create and modify implementation schedules and communicate downstream impacts
  • Manage implementation projects, timelines, resources, tasks, and roadblocks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • French bilingual proficiency required, both oral and written
  • Minimum five years of work experience in Group Pension and/or account management
  • Thorough knowledge of Group Pension products and services
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels
  • Ability to think critically, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and make recommendations for effective plan design
  • Strong customer-facing, expectation management, communication, and information management skills
  • Ability to drive issues through the organization
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience presenting and negotiating commitments and turnaround times with other line areas
  • Project management and time management skills
  • In-person and virtual presentation skills
