Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Solid grasp of core business and financial concepts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior executives and colleagues from different functions and backgrounds
  • Strong command of written and spoken English in a business context
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to derive insights from data and produce compelling slides
  • Prior internship experience in management consulting or business management, preferably within financial services or the life insurance industry (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success solving complex business problems in demanding environments and collaborating with top-tier talent (preferred)
  • Extracurricular activities showcasing relevant skills and proactiveness (preferred)
  • Fluency in an Asian language (preferred)
