About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design and execution of distribution strategy across 11 Asian markets
  • Assist with strategic projects driving innovation and transformation across the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Exposure to business strategy, transformation, and financial services through academic or professional experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English in a business context
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • High proficiency in commonly available AI tools, including prompt design for research, slide and spreadsheet creation, copywriting, and brainstorming
  • Prior internship experience in management consulting, strategy and transformation, or business management is preferred
  • Experience in financial services or the life insurance industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated success solving complex business problems and collaborating with top-tier talent is preferred
  • Fluency in an Asian language is preferred
