Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and enhance Virtual Assistant and conversational AI solutions supporting customer servicing experiences
Develop scalable applications and APIs using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST services, and microservices architecture
Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React
Design and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevSecOps practices, and application monitoring
Produce technical documentation, integration specifications, and solution designs
Contribute to engineering best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and microservices
Experience designing and implementing applications on Microsoft Azure
Experience with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks
Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or related database technologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Experience building or supporting Virtual Assistants, Conversational AI, Chatbots, or Digital Assistant platforms
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar technologies
Knowledge of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations
Experience within financial services, insurance, healthcare, banking, or other regulated industries
Microsoft Azure certifications or other cloud certifications
AWS skills are nice to have
