About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate email campaign distribution for leaders and wholesalers, track results, and prepare performance updates
  • Process and track vendor invoices for accurate and timely payment
  • Monitor applicable budgets and provide regular updates to wholesalers and sales leaders
  • Plan and deliver in-person and virtual advisor events, educational programs, promotional activities, and internal meetings
  • Administer the continuing education credit process, including program submission, approval, participant reporting, and certificate delivery
  • Prepare ad hoc reports using Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI and provide data analysis and insights
  • Maintain accurate advisor assignments in Salesforce and coordinate assignment of unassigned advisors
  • Support adoption of new sales tools and technologies through guidance, training, and troubleshooting
  • Support leadership with national sales initiatives and special projects
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access, equipment, documentation, and related administration
  • Occasional travel for training, meetings, and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and priority-setting skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to investigate issues independently
  • Strong verbal communication and business writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise discretion and tact when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience in or knowledge of the life insurance business and related products preferred
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly preferred
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
