About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage general inbox for workflow assignment
  • Maintain processes for tracking business and handling paperwork within a 48-hour SLA
  • Follow up with other financial institutions on consolidation-related activity
  • Track completed sales activities for advisors in Salesforce
  • Maintain notes and tools used to track work activity, intake, and follow-ups
  • Assist advisors with client-facing administrative and service-related inquiries
  • Facilitate non-complex form completion and submit paperwork to clients via tools such as DocuSign
  • Apply legislative, product, and administrative process knowledge to non-license-related requests
  • Investigate client issues and delays with business partners to reach timely resolutions
  • Identify and implement process and workflow improvements
  • Stay current on legislation, products, and administrative processes
  • Support wealth advisors and mass market sales teams so they can focus on primary sales duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of client facing and/or customer service experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task, show initiative and problem solve
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in an advisory administrative role and/or retail product experience and/or retirement operations environment is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset; if the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec
  • Post-Secondary education in finance, business or related discipline preferred
