About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process and manage financial and non-financial transactions supporting Canadian Group Benefits
  • Process and analyze transactions according to Business Unit Service Level Agreements
  • Master Business Unit policies governing handled transactions
  • Report system issues that may affect operational performance
  • Perform other duties assigned by Operations Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree; open to fresh graduates
  • Undergraduates may apply with at least 2 years of BPO, back-office, or administrative experience
  • Back-office operations or administrative experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and general administrative support is highly desirable
  • Amenable to either day shift or night shift
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools is preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are preferred
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are preferred
