About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the Retail Long-Term Care (RLTC) re-rate program
  • Perform hands-on work across filing, analysis, build, QA, implementation, and ongoing program operations
  • Lead the RLTC Re-Rate team in executing RLTC rounds/waves
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for technical questions and capabilities
  • Work with various stakeholders and anticipate future issues
  • Interact with senior leaders and provide SME-level knowledge in meetings and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-10 years of LTC Re-Rate Experience
  • Experience with EXL LifePRO Administration System
  • Experience with Pega Workflow Systems
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of IT Development practices
  • Working knowledge of IT Quality Engineering practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Scrum/Agile Practitioner preferred
