About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, including electrical and mechanical components
- Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime and reliability
- Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain service logs and equipment inventory, and ensure parts availability
- Coordinate with supervisor to plan efficient installation and service schedules
- Partner with Sales Representatives to build and maintain professional customer relationships
- Support product demand and service needs through timely, quality interactions
- Call in delivery orders as needed and respond promptly to customer requests
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly service work
- Execute equipment ordering, expense reports, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation
- Follow company policies, work procedures, and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade certification or 4+ years’ experience in construction or dispenser equipment preferred
- Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Physically able to climb, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. independently (100 lbs. with assistance)
- Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills
- Effective oral and written communication; able to manage conflict and build positive relationships
- Ability to maintain a high travel requirement in the assigned region
