About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Project Managers and Superintendents in delivering Buildings (ICI) projects
Maintain contract documentation
Support estimating and assist with preparing budgets and schedules
Assist Project Managers in project tendering through estimates, takeoffs, trade communication, and RFP documentation
Draft proposals and outline specifications based on Requests for Pricing
Update and maintain purchase order logs, shop drawing and submittal logs, and meeting minutes
Learn to select suppliers and sub-trades and obtain quotations
Assist with and clarify scopes of work with sub-trades and suppliers
Maintain continuous focus on site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements and the Corporate Health and Safety Policy
Attend site meetings and assist with completing project deficiencies
Track and maintain inventory of supplies to ensure scheduled delivery
Support project objectives for profitability, contract compliance, quality, and jobsite safety

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full-time student enrolled in a related post-secondary program of study, such as Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
New graduate from a related program of study who completed studies in 2026
Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel would be an asset
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for site visits
Vehicle required to visit project sites because locations are not easily accessible by public transit
